Located in downtown San Diego's Core neighborhood.

The block bounded by Ninth and Tenth avenues and A and B streets. 9th and 10th Avenues and A and B Streets.

Pointe of View is building a mixed-use high-rise on the block bounded by Ninth and Tenth avenues and A and B streets. The 40-story building will have 679 condominiums and 25,000 square feet of retail/commercial space over below-grade parking. Construction began in 2005 with completion targeted for summer 2008.
