Centurion Partners and Avion Development are building a 32-story mixed-use project on the southwest corner of Kettner Boulevard and A Street. The project will contain 96 condominiums, 13,500 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of retail space. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2005, with completion anticipated in fall 2007.
