Market Street Village

Located in downtown San Diego's East Village neighborhood.

The east side of 14th Avenue, between Market and G streets.

SRM Development is constructing a mixed-use development on the east side of 14th Avenue between Market and G streets. The six-story project will include 225 apartments and a 43,000 square foot Albertson’s supermarket. Construction began in September 2004, with a September 2006 completion targeted.
