Located in downtown San Diego's East Village neighborhood.

On the north side of G Street between Tenth and Eleventh avenues.

OliverMcMillan is proposing a mixed-use project with 209 loft rental apartments with 7,000 square feet of retail space in a seven-story structure on the north side of G Street between Tenth and Eleventh avenues. Construction is scheduled to begin in winter 2005 with completion targeted for early 2007.
