Located in downtown San Diego's East Village neighborhood.

Gotham Management LLC is planning a mixed-use project consisting of a 24-story tower with 208 condominiums, approximately 2,000 square feet of retail space, and five levels of underground parking providing 187 spaces. The project will be located on an approximately 32,000 square foot site on the southwestern portion of the super block bounded by Island and Market streets, and 14th and 15th avenues. The project will incorporate and rehabilitate the historic Electric Laundry Company Building, circa 1907, located at 1460 Island Street.
