Gaslamp Square

Located in downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter neighborhood.

A mixed-use, seven-story development on the block bounded by Fourth, Fifth, Island and J will be constructed in two phases. The first phase, completed in August 2004, includes 25,000 square feet of retail space, 88 luxury condominiums and 318 parking spaces. The second phase will include 25,000 square feet of retail space, 103 condominiums and 125 parking spaces with an February 2006 completion targeted.
