Located in downtown San Diego's Columbia neighborhood.

On the southeast corner of Broadway and Kettner Boulevard.

Developer Lankford & Associates has completed a 23-story, 454,000 square foot office tower on the southeast corner of Broadway and Kettner Boulevard. The project includes 6,000 square feet of retail space, and 765 parking spaces. Work is now underway for the addition of 10 apartment units. The project will include the installation and completion of the E Street pedestrian pathway that will connect State Street to Kettner Boulevard through the vacated E Street right-of-way.
