11th Avenue in downtown San Diego's Core
neighborhood. San Diego's Core neighborhood
stretches from A Street to Broadway,
and Union Street to Park Boulevard.
The Core includes a high concentration
of office towers and City government
offices.
The development
is situated on the northeast corner
of the intersection at 11th and B
streets.
Developer T.C. Holdings plans to build
a 26-story, mixed-use residential development
consisting of 196 condominiums, approximately
7,235 square feet of retail space and
196 parking spaces on the northeast
corner of the intersection at 11th
and B streets. Construction is slated
for completion in 2008.
