Sam Assael

Samuel C. Assael has worked in mortgage banking since 2003. Sam spent five years with JP Morgan Chase as a First Mortgage Account Executive where he was awarded the coveted Top 4% Award which is presented to the highest producing Account Executives nationwide. Sam’s ability to consistently exceed expectations led to his recruitment onto the broker side of the business. Sam worked his way from Mortgage Banker to Division Manager before his recent promotion to Vice President of Sales for Alliance Direct Home Mortgage.

Sam received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 2002 where he was a CCIM Scholar and Division 1 Baseball player. Sam is actively involved with the San Diego Round Table, San Diego CAMB, Vista Hill Association, and the USD Alumni Association. In his free time, Sam enjoys golf, traveling, wine tasting, surfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
